Volunteer Citizen of the Year Award Website Gets a Facelift

Direct Energy’s signature community investment program, the Volunteer Citizen of the Year award program, operates on an annual basis in 10 U.S. cities and two Canadian cities. Due to its ever-growing popularity, the program now has a brand new website – www.DirectEnergyVCOY.com, which I am very excited about.

The new website showcases the program as a whole versus having a separate landing page for each city, and includes a drop-down nomination form option for all cities, as well as general program information, media partners, award accolades, features on all past winners and a live feed from Direct Energy’s Twitter account.

With the new site, visitors can learn about the program and submit nominations with ease in one, organized place.

We’re excited to introduce this new website for a program that means so much to us at Direct Energy and the communities we serve. Check it out and see if/when a Volunteer Citizen of the Year award program might be coming your way!
